Mike Johnstone, Chairman

Mike has responsibility for managing all of Verisim's sales and marketing operations, growth and profitability, customer acquisition and customer satisfaction. Mike is in charge of consolidating and expanding Verisim's established presence as the Application Simulations provider of choice for the Financial Services market.

Mike brings over 25 years experience in the Software and Services industry to Verisim combining mainframe, PLC and consultancy skills. Over this time he has grown a number of businesses to $25m turnover and above operating throughout the UK and Europe in the corporate market place selling both product/packages and services. He has actively developed joint ventures and inward investments on behalf of clients and has operated as a Non Executive director advising on business development and growth. He was founder and CEO of the Sourcing Partnerships group of companies which achieved turnover of $45m , and has been in the top five of the Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 awards for three consecutive years and the Times Tech Track top 20 for two years.

Janis Morgan, Client Services Director

Janis brings over 20 years successful experience in technical services with ICL and Change Management operations in large organisations coupled with extensive knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors.
